GOALIEDEV’s own Tyler Bloomfield was selected to play for Team California in the 2015 Brick Invitational Tournament held annually in Edmonton, Canada. The tournament showcases the top nine and ten year-olds from all over North America and has featured such players as Jonathan Toews, Jordan Eberle and Steven Stamkos.
Bloomfield had a great tournament going 2-1 with his only loss coming to the BC Junior Canucks by a score of 3-2. Despite the loss, Bloomfield made 25 saves and captured the star of the game award.
